How are refunds and cancellations managed?

Whilst we understand that unforeseen events occur, candidates dropping out of the training programme, when we cannot easily fill that seat, can result in a financial dilemma. As such, in order to run this intensive training for a small number of trainees it is not possible to refund fees received after two weeks of funds being cleared regardless of circumstances. We are happy to provide training credit for up to 2 years to be applied to subsequent training programmes or towards supervision.
Can I defer training due to my circumstances?

We appreciate life can present circumstances that may disrupt our plans and so in some circumstances yes you can. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss options with you.
Can I upgrade to undertake ISST Certification following attending the modules?

Yes you can. Non certification route participants who attend the 3 workshops can subsequently opt to undertake ISST certification, supervision fees are as follows. (Please note Candidates must meet ISST requirements for certification).
What is the cost of certification?

This depends if you wish to pursue Standard Certification or Advanced Certification. Standard Certification includes 20 hours of individual supervision plus 2 tape ratings and is charged at £2000. Candidates who choose to pursue Advanced Certification are required to complete 40 hours of individual supervision, plus 3 tape ratings and is charged at £4000. Advanced Certification allows for subsequent training as an accredited Supervisor and Trainer in Schema Therapy. Up to 6 of these supervision sessions can be used to explore candidates own schemas and modes and how these impact on the therapy process. We also work with candidates to consider the 'best fit' between supervisor and trainee.
How am I assessed for Certification?

Candidates undertaking ISST Certification are required to submit 1 client session for rating (60 minutes), plus a corresponding case conceptualisation for Standard Certification. Candidates undertaking Advanced Certification are required to submit 2 client sessions (60 minute each), plus 2 corresponding case conceptualisations. Schema Therapy Systems work with a number of ISST Independent Raters and we will link you up with them when you are ready to submit a client for certification purposes. Payment for ratings to the Independent rater can be made directly to the rater or Schema Therapy Systems can arrange this for you.
Am I able to pay by Credit Payments?

We do not offer credit, however, if you wish to pay by installments please contact us and we can discuss options.
